Relating to Sullivan and Decker (1997) transactional leadership is known as a traditional, goal oriented type of leadership based on the interpersonal exchange theory. Work can be exchanged intended for rewards in order to maintain the circumstances and implement company insurance plan and techniques. This command is essentially based upon economics. The best and fans both gain socially and economically simply by exchanging performance for rewards. This exchange continues till one of the functions views the exchange as nonbeneficial to them.
